Silver Peaks provides homeowners with access to official meeting minutes and financial documents for the association. These records are posted to promote transparency and to keep members informed about Board actions, Association finances, and ongoing community matters. Documents are organized by date and are updated as they become available.

In accordance with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and other applicable state requirements, the Association makes these records available for homeowner review. While posted materials are intended to be accurate and complete, they reflect the official record as approved by the Board and should be read in conjunction with other governing documents and communications. Homeowners with questions or requests for additional records are encouraged to contact the Board or the Property Manager.
